International Seminar of Sport and Science 2026

The University of Madeira, through the Department of Physical Education and Sport, in conjunction with Funchal City Council, the Madeira Football Association and the Regional Sports Directorate, is organising the Sports and Science Seminar 2026. This is one of the main regional scientific events in the field of Sports Science, which has attracted numerous national and international researchers and is a highly relevant activity in the training of sports agents.
It is in this spirit that the Sports and Science 2026 Seminar aims to promote the debate of ideas, share innovative experiences and strengthen the scientific and professional sports community.
The Sports and Science Seminar 2026 aims to promote scientific networking through conferences, symposium, oral presentations and poster presentations.
