The instructions for the abstracts of posters and oral communications are available in these documents:

Guidelines for Poster Presentation:

• Authors are free to use a free design option, and posters should follow the 841 mm x 1189 mm measurements;
• Poster Presentations are given 5 minutes (including Q&A);

Guidelines for Oral Presentation:

• Oral Presentations are given 15 minutes (including Q&A);
• The PowerPoint template provided in the link below should be used for presentations;

Authors whose work has been accepted for oral communication are invited to use the following template for the presentation:

There will be prizes for Best Posters and Best Oral Presentation.

The slides should be prepared in English, and the presentation should preferably be given in Portuguese or, alternatively, in English.

If you wish to be considered for the Best Presentation Award, please indicate this in your submission email.

Abstracts for oral presentations and poster format will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
