Abstracts for oral presentations and poster format will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

All submissions that receive a positive evaluation from two members of the committee will be proposed for publication in the conference abstract book (online).

Authors whose work has been accepted for oral communication are invited to use the following template for the presentation:

The Congress Scientific Committee will also select the top 10 abstracts and invite their authors to submit an extended version of their work to the scientific journal Sports [https://www.mdpi.com/journal/sports] in the Special Issue dedicated to the Sports and Science Seminar 2025: Advances in Sports Training. The publication of articles in Open Access will be free of charge for the authors. However, the submission, evaluation, and final acceptance of the articles will be handled by the editorial board of Sports, and authors must comply with all the required submission and publication procedures.

• Deadline for article submissions to Sports – Advances in Sports Training: December 31, 2025.
• Article submission templates should be used directly from the journal’s website. The cover letter accompanying the submission must include a code that will allow free publication.
